Cancellation Policy

Your health and well-being are very important to us. We understand that things can happen and unexpected delays can occur, making an adjustment to your schedule is as simple as a text message or a quick call. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the complete service quoted or $200, whichever is greater.
• Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card or invoiced for direct payment.
• Your 50% cancellation cost can be deducted towards your next booking. For this to apply, rebooking must be made within 1 months of the original allocated date. Cancelling your second booking within 48 hours will also incur a 50% cancellation cost.
